Our Palmer Lake campus provides a comprehensive continuum of addiction treatment, including medical detox, residential/inpatient treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), outpatient services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). This integrated approach allows patients to receive individualized care based on their clinical needs and progress throughout treatment. The facility sits on approximately 15 acres with mountain views and offers a variety of recreational and wellness amenities designed to complement clinical treatment, including fitness facilities, a heated pool, basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, yoga, art and music activities, gardening, and opportunities for outdoor recreation. As Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, therapists, counselors, and behavioral health professionals. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of medical care, supporting evidence-based addiction treatment, overseeing clinical protocols, and helping ensure patients with complex substance use and co-occurring psychiatric conditions receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care. Take the first step toward making a difference and saving lives. The Medical Director provides administrative oversight of the facility's medical services, by overseeing and leading the medical staff, dietitians, and physician services coordinator (where applicable) while building a collaborative team with nursing and clinical departments. Administrative duties are a small part of the Medical Director’s job. They must spend much of their time meeting the job duties of either a psychiatrist or addiction medicine physician.
