About The Position
Burrard Animal Hospital + Emergency is seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Director to lead our talented team in the heart of Vancouver. Requirements
- DVM licensing, or eligibility to be licensed in British Columbia
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Passion for high-quality patient care and team leadership
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care
- Lead and support the veterinary team in maintaining strong medical standards
- Mentor and support DVMs and RVTs, fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to support clinic operations and team success
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture
