Requirements
- Board-certified internal medicine or family medicine physician
- Hospital medicine experience
- Passion for leadership
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the hospital medicine program
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork
- Mentor and develop physicians and advanced practice clinicians
- Partner with hospital administration to enhance quality, safety, patient experience, and operational performance
- Support recruitment, retention, and physician engagement initiatives
- Lead quality improvement projects and evidence-based practice initiatives
