Requirements

• US licensed DVM or DVM equivalent
• Leadership skills
• Confidence in medical exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, and client communication
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to client education, clear communication, and positive outcomes
• Ability to support, uplift, and motivate technician and support staff
• Desire to grow in a practice that champions both professional excellence and a supportive workplace culture.
