About The Position
Benton Veterinary Hospital is a progressive, fast-paced, two-doctor small-animal veterinary hospital in Benton, Arkansas. The Medical Director Veterinarian will provide high-quality veterinary care and has opportunities for leadership, mentorship, medical autonomy, and professional development. The hospital offers a Partner Track program for veterinarians interested in future ownership and long-term leadership. The practice provides preventative care, surgery, urgent care, high-speed dentistry, cryotherapy, in-house diagnostics, therapy laser treatments, acupuncture, and advanced veterinary medicine. The position includes flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, a DVM mentor network, paid continuing education and professional dues, and potential future ownership. A sign-on bonus of up to $100,000, relocation assistance, and student loan assistance are also offered.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Active veterinary state license, or ability to obtain one upon hire.
- Current DEA license, or ability to obtain one upon hire.
