About The Position

Churchland Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to lead our established, multi-doctor small animal practice in Portsmouth, Virginia. For more than 30 years, we've proudly served the Hampton Roads community while building a reputation for quality medicine, teamwork, and exceptional client care. This is a leadership opportunity that allows you to continue practicing medicine while helping shape the future of a thriving hospital. As Medical Director, you'll partner with hospital leadership and fellow veterinarians to support medical excellence and continued growth. This is a working leadership role, allowing you to continue practicing high-quality medicine while influencing the hospital's future direction.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Virginia
• 3+ Years of Clinical Experience Preferred
• Previous Leadership Experience a Plus
