About The Position
Southeast Community Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to lead our growing small animal practice in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about mentorship, high-quality medicine, and building a collaborative hospital culture. As Medical Director, you'll continue practicing medicine while helping guide clinical standards, support team development, and influence the future growth of the hospital.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in North Carolina
- 3+ Years of Clinical Experience Preferred
- Previous Leadership Experience a Plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical excellence across the hospital
- Develop and uphold medical protocols and standards of care
- Mentor and coach veterinarians and support staff
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture
- Partner with leadership to drive hospital growth and success
