About The Position

We’re hiring a Medical Director (Psychiatrist) who wants meaningful leadership, strong earning potential, and a weekday schedule that offers flexibility once patient care is complete. You’ll step into an inpatient role providing crisis stabilization psychiatry for adults and children while overseeing physicians and psychiatric APRNs. Approximately 70% of your time will be clinical and 30% will be dedicated to administrative leadership, with additional support available for operational responsibilities.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Florida medical license or actively completing the licensure process
• Comfortable treating adults and children in a crisis stabilization setting
• Ability to lead and support physicians and advanced practice providers
• Value community behavioral health and serving vulnerable populations

Nice To Haves

• Previous Medical Director experience is not required for the right experienced psychiatrist
