Central City Concern (CCC) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Medical Director to provide clinical leadership while helping advance innovative, whole-person healthcare for individuals experiencing homelessness and other underserved populations. This unique role blends direct patient care with provider leadership, offering the opportunity to shape clinical practice, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and drive quality improvement across our Blackburn Clinic and CCC's Recuperative Care Program. The position partners closely with the Chief Medical Officer to promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and a culture of continuous learning and compassionate care. We're looking for a collaborative provider who is energized by leading high-performing teams, supporting provider development, and improving health outcomes for some of our community's most vulnerable members. If you're passionate about social medicine, trauma-informed care, health equity, and creating innovative solutions for individuals facing complex medical, behavioral health, substance use, and housing challenges, you'll find both purpose and impact at CCC. Here, your leadership will influence not only patient care, but also the future direction of community-based primary care. Join a nationally recognized nonprofit where you can lead, teach, innovate, and make a lasting difference in the lives of the people who need healthcare the most.
