Part Time Medical Director or Attending Physician - East Jordan,MI
About The Position
Theoria Medical is seeking a Medical Director and Attending Physician to serve local skilled nursing facilities in East Jordan, MI. This role focuses on building relationships, providing consistent and present care to vulnerable populations, and making a lasting difference. Requirements
- Physicians (MD/DO) must hold an active U.S. medical license.
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine are examples).
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensing are encouraged to apply.

- Theoria Medical conducts criminal background checks and pre-employment drug testing on all candidates upon acceptance of contingent offer.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the attending physician for patients in each assigned SNF.
- Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and oversee clinical supervision.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
- Participate in Theoria’s Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality initiatives.
