This role is a key member of the US Medical Affairs Neuroscience Therapeutic Area team, reporting to the Vice President, US Neuroscience Medical Affairs with dotted-line accountability to the US Neuroscience Therapeutic Area Lead. The Medical Director leads medical strategy and integrated evidence planning across schizophrenia, including the Invega portfolio and Caplyta schizophrenia, while advancing aligned scientific strategies through evidence generation, medical education, and dissemination. The role partners closely across US and Global Medical Affairs, RWV&E, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, R&D, Regulatory, Medical Communications, Field Medical, and Commercial teams to address unmet needs and support appropriate use of innovative therapies.
