About The Position

Devoted Medical was founded on the belief that if we treat each member like we would our loved ones, we can improve healthcare experiences and outcomes for our patients. The Behavioral Health Program is at the heart of this goal: the program seeks to ensure that all patients with behavioral health disorders receive the care they need at the right time, in the right place. We recognize that too often our patients cannot access behavioral health services that we would want for our own family because of stigma, fragmentation, and lack of supply. We are looking for a highly skilled, innovative, and mission-driven psychiatrist clinical director to lead our Behavioral Health program at Devoted Health. This is not a traditional clinical role—it is a leadership position requiring a deep understanding of complex behavioral health conditions in geriatric populations, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to shape the future of our behavioral health model. The ideal candidate is an expert in clinical psychiatry who is comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment, providing both strategic direction and hands-on clinical insight. The core focus of this role is to rapidly scale a Behavioral Health Collaborative Care program that is highly integrated into our Virtual Primary Care Clinic, build our psychiatry e-consult program, and develop a clinical intervention that supports our members with serious mental illness. You will serve as a trusted partner to our operational leaders, social workers, and APPs while ensuring our members receive the highest quality behavioral health care. If you are passionate about transforming mental health care and thrive in an innovative, mission-driven setting, we want to hear from you. This role will involve both leadership and clinical work.
