About The Position
Acts is seeking a Dietary Aide to foster a hospitable environment for residents under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager. The role involves preparing and serving meals, setting up and cleaning the dining room, performing some short-order cooking, and completing a variety of kitchen preparation tasks. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training. Minors must obtain a valid work permit if required by the state where they are employed.
Requirements
- Entry-level position with on-the-job training; no experience required.
- Applicants under 18 must obtain a valid work permit if required by the state of employment.
- Comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of the dining room.
- Perform some short-order cooking.
- Complete a variety of kitchen preparation tasks.
- Foster an environment of hospitality for residents under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager.
