Rep-Lite is partnering with an established surgical medical device manufacturer to identify a high-performing Medical Device Sales Representative to drive growth throughout New England. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced surgical sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building strong surgeon relationships, and owning their territory with the autonomy of an entrepreneur. You'll represent an innovative portfolio of capital equipment and disposable surgical technologies trusted by surgeons for nearly 40 years while joining a growing organization where top performers are recognized, supported, and rewarded. This is a home-based, field sales position covering New England, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Approximately 50% overnight travel throughout the territory is expected. Unlike many established medical device territories, this region offers significant opportunity to expand market share and develop new business. You'll work directly with surgeons, operating room staff, hospital leadership, and supply chain professionals to introduce technologies that improve clinical outcomes and operating room efficiency. Your product portfolio is utilized across multiple surgical specialties, including General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Trauma, Urology, Colorectal Surgery, and Robotic Surgery.
