About The Position

This field-based role is responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting, and optimizing inventory utilization. The Medical Device Driver will arrange merchandise for transport, perform safety inspections, and load/unload materials. This role also involves performing and scheduling minor maintenance on the company delivery vehicle and advising supervisors when repairs are needed. Additionally, the driver will handle customer complaints and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

0+ Years of experience
Possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
Participate with On-call rotation

Responsibilities

Accurate inventory tracking and record keeping
Warehouse inventory cycle counting
Optimizing inventory utilization
Arranging merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations
Reading maps and route configuration
Performing safety inspections in transportation setting
Loading, unloading, or stacking containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments
Performing and/or scheduling preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.)
Keeping accurate maintenance records for company vehicle
Advising supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle
Fielding customer complaints, addressing them, and communicating as necessary to Branch team members
Completing other duties as assigned
