About The Position

We are looking for a Medical Device Assembler I to join our dynamic and expanding team! The Medical Device Assembler performs a variety of assembly operations in our clean room. Assemblers will be able to complete the following: Assemble parts according to instructions and training, Follow work instructions & pay attention to detail, Be able to read some drawings, measure and cut fibers to specifications, Use a microscope for some operations, Be able to follow written and verbal instructions, Able to complete manufacturing documents, Maintain a clean and safe environment, Use some hand and power tools, Has some understanding of product flow, Adhere to GMP and QMS policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fine motor skills
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Effective communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and energy
• Able to work legally in the US without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Cleanroom assembly experience a plus
• Lean manufacturing experience & training a plus
• Experience with Medical Manufacturing products or something similar a plus
