Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyer
About The Position
We are currently seeking Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyers for a variety of healthcare clients. This role involves providing expert legal advice and guidance on data privacy and security, telemedicine, mobile health applications, electronic health records, artificial intelligence, and medical device regulations. The position requires assessing and monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital health operations, as well as developing and implementing compliance programs. A key responsibility includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and licenses related to digital health products and services, ensuring they comply with applicable laws and protect client interests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare law, technology law, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH Act, FDA regulations) and technology-related laws (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity, telecommunication laws).
- Strong understanding of digital health technologies, including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, wearables, and health applications.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review related to technology and healthcare.
