About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hosting a hiring event for Medical Couriers. This role involves picking up, transporting, and delivering medical specimens and lab materials on a scheduled route. You will communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff, safely operate a company-provided vehicle, use handheld scanners and route software to track deliveries, and ensure proper specimen handling and documentation. Compliance with all DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards is required. This is a mission-driven role that directly supports patient care and medical diagnostics, offering a predictable route and independent work.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
Documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions within the previous 36-month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
Great customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, with reliable documentation skills
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road
Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on the move for much of your shift

Nice To Haves

Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
