Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a courier or in a delivery role.
Familiarity with medical terminology and specimen handling.
Experience with route planning and optimization software.

Responsibilities

Deliver diagnostic specimens and related materials to and from medical facilities.
Ensure timely and safe transportation of sensitive medical samples.
Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries and pick-ups.
Provide excellent customer service to clients at medical facilities.
Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and HIPAA regulations.
