Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Proficiency in using GPS and mobile devices for navigation and tracking.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a courier or in a delivery-related role.
Familiarity with medical terminology and specimen handling.
Experience with route planning software.

Responsibilities

Deliver diagnostic specimens and related materials to and from designated Quest Diagnostics facilities and external customers.
Ensure the integrity and security of all specimens during transport.
Follow established routes and schedules, while also adapting to route changes as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
