Requirements

High school graduate; college degree preferred.
Minimum one-year experience in a business setting, healthcare preferred.
Must be comfortable driving vehicles that seat up to 10-12 passengers and is able to manage time well.
Must be able to utilize Safe Defensive Driving Skills.
Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

Schedules, documents and coordinates resident appointments and transportation.
Establishes and publishes daily trip schedule to care center through unit binders.
Completes and distributes appointment packets to include specific medical information for each resident.
Coordinates escorts as needed to accompany residents who require assistance.
Provides back up for IL Transportation Supervisor, as needed.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
