About The Position

This is a full-time Medical Courier position responsible for receiving and transporting samples to the lab for testing, and critically thinking through logistical situations. The role requires the ability to work independently, maintain and safely operate a company vehicle in all weather conditions, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). A strong emphasis is placed on safe driving practices and customer service.

Requirements

• Be able to drive for long periods of time
• 21+ years old
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record over 5+ years (MVR is required)
• Strong work ethic and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute pickups and/or deliveries for routed and non-routed stops.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts serviced.
• Account for all specimens by tracking everything on electronic courier log and routed sheets.
• Utilize critical thinking to handle obstacles.
• Maintain and safely operate company vehicle in all weather conditions.
• Follow all SOPs.
• Drive in a safe manner, maintain a “Low Risk (Score > 95)” driver score.
