About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Medical Courier in Vineland, New Jersey. The role supports patient care and medical diagnostics by transporting specimens and laboratory materials safely, accurately, and on time. The courier works independently on a scheduled, consistent route and communicates with healthcare and laboratory staff. The position uses a company-provided non-CDL vehicle and mobile tracking tools. The listed schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM. External applicants may be eligible for a $1,200 sign-on bonus. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$18.50, with possible shift differential and annual performance bonus eligibility.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Motor Vehicle Record documentation showing no more than two moving violation convictions in the previous 36 months, and none in the most recent 12 months.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road.
• Comfort using mobile devices or scanning tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on the move for much of the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and laboratory materials on a scheduled route.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff to support timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided non-CDL vehicle.
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile applications to track deliveries.
• Handle, label, store, and document specimens properly.
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
