About The Position

Accurate Courier Services is a national leader in Medical Courier services, partnering with large health networks to deliver life-saving logistics. They are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Courier Dispatcher to join their growing Cincinnati hub. This role is essential in coordinating the safe and timely delivery of medical specimens, supplies, and documentation across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. The position is a "swing shift" with rotating schedules and alternating weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of Dispatch experience
• Integrity and a commitment to top-notch service
• Quick thinking to assess situations and take action
• Crystal-clear communication, both spoken and written
• Ability to solve problems over the phone
• Flexibility to work overtime if needed

Responsibilities

• Answer driver calls.
• Review incoming orders and assign them to the appropriate driver.
• Ensure drivers stay on time with pickups and deliveries.
• Escalate out-of-ordinary items to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain professionalism, positivity, and proactivity in all interactions.
• Assess market needs and assign or rearrange assignments based on orders.
• Share ideas for improving processes and customer experience.
• Participate in weekend rotations as part of a 365/24/7 operation.
