About The Position
Supportive Living NW provides care and support to vulnerable adults in Pierce and King County in Washington State. Our mission is simple: We improve the lives of those entrusted to our care. We believe in "The Circle of Care" which means that if we take care of the caregiver, the caregiver will take care of the client, and the client will take care of the company. Love helping people, building great teams, and making the workplace better? SLNW is looking for a Medical Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll help keep our clients’ care running smoothly while being a key connection between clients, caregivers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Are you organized, compassionate, and great at keeping all the moving pieces on track? As a Medical Coordinator, you’ll play a big part in making sure our clients get the right care, from the right people, at the right time!

- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- A passion for supporting employees
- The ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
