Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be able to function independently in a high-pressure environment.
Must be able to present a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while directly working with patients.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be required.

Responsibilities

Prompt and courteous assistance to all patients of DVCH.
Courteously answering patient calls and scheduling medical appointments for each health center.
Completing all initial paperwork involved in patient registration.
Producing the encounter form which allows the patient to be examined by a provider.
Acting as back-up for the MOH/Medical Clerk as necessary.
