About The Position
At Enlyte, Medical Claims Consultants combine clinical expertise and technology to support people recovering from workplace injuries or auto accidents. The role analyzes medical records and bills for relatedness and causality, evaluates claimant care and status, researches medical journals, prepares and organizes medical evidence for clients, identifies issues and discrepancies in records, and prepares case summaries. The position is remote.
Requirements
- Be a registered nurse (RN) with a license in the state of residence.
- Typically have at least 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year as a reviewer.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Be proficient at navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Efficiently extract and transfer information between programs while maintaining accuracy.
- Adapt quickly to new software systems and workflows.
- Organize electronic information from disparate sources into cohesive work products.
- Be comfortable with cloud-based collaboration tools and shared document environments.
- Have proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills.
