About The Position

A growing ABA organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Billing Supervisor to oversee daily billing operations and support a small remote billing team. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on accuracy, follow-through, and steady execution of billing and collections processes.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of healthcare billing experience (required)
• Prior experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory billing role
• Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and billing workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communicator with a practical, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of a remote billing team (approx. 6–8 staff)
• Ensure timely and accurate claim submission, follow-ups, and collections
• Review billing queues for errors, denials, and outstanding balances
• Support process improvements to reduce delays and rework
• Ensure compliance with payer rules and internal procedures
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of billing staff
• Escalate complex issues and trends to management as needed
