About The Position

The Billing Supervisor ensures accurate, timely, and compliant revenue cycle management in a CCBHC and CMHP clinic setting. Responsible for CCMH’s billing infrastructure and revenue cycle analytics, the role demands precision in the design, development, and configuration of the EHR billing system to maximize revenue outcomes. Analyzes and resolves revenue cycle challenges, serving as the primary billing resource for all agency staff. Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Requires 3–5 years of behavioral health or medical billing experience (including Medicaid PPS or CCBHC billing), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume billing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) is preferred.
