About The Position

Join Lenape Valley Foundation, a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming lives across Bucks County. As the Billing Department expands, we are seeking an Entry Level Medical Billing Specialist to support our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position initially for the first 90 days to facilitate hands-on training and team integration, with potential for a hybrid schedule thereafter. We are looking for candidates with prior office experience and/or medical billing coursework or certification who are eager to develop their skills within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year experience in an office environment strongly preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within a larger billing team
Must be computer proficient
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation
