About The Position
This is work involving specialized clerical and accounting activities in support of the clinical billing process at the Mobile County Health Department. The yearly salary for this position is $35,759.
Requirements
- Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test
- A minimum of one year experience in medical or dental billing, preferably at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health center using electronic medical record and clinical practice software
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements
