About The Position

Now Hiring for a Medical Biller for a clinic located in Edina, MN!!! MUST HAVE previous medical billing and coding work experience!! Manage all billing and coding functions for the practice. Prepare and submit insurance claims for medical procedures and services. Process insurance payments and manage billing workflows. Perform charge entry, including entering bills into the system and posting payments. Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances and collect payments. Review and resolve claim denials; advocate with insurance companies to secure payment. Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing and coding processes. Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records. Demonstrate confidence and persistence when working with insurance providers.

Requirements

2+ years of medica billing & coding experience
1+ year of charge entry experience
EMR experience

Nice To Haves

Experience using NextGen or Nextech preferred
