About The Position

Patriot Homecare is seeking a Medical Biller to join their team. This is a work-from-home position with initial training conducted in their Girard, OH office. Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines and deliver effective results
• Excellent computer and phone skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

Nice To Haves

• Two years of home healthcare and hospice billing experience or basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit company/patient billing.
• Assist with accounts receivable and collection activity.
• Complete patient visit log.
• Prepare and submit supply list for billing.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
