About The Position

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nursing staff with patient examinations and procedures.
- Record patient medical histories and vital signs.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist during exams.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage medical records.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and maintain equipment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Provide patient education and answer questions regarding treatment plans.
