Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical ability to assist patients during in-office procedures.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with patients and colleagues.
A passion for learning and a drive to stay updated on the latest in-patient care.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a professional attitude.
A positive attitude and a professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

Spanish a plus (but not required).
Previous experience in healthcare or rehabilitation is highly desirable.
Experience with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assisting the provider with patient procedures.
Answer patient inquiries with empathy, providing reassurance and clear information.
Provide patients with detailed instructions for their care, both in the clinic and at home, helping them feel confident in their recovery.
Ensure that treatment areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment.
Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and other team members to streamline patient care and clinic operations.
Manage phone messages, answer questions, and coordinate patient, physician, and pharmacy communications.
