About The Position

The HQ-Based Medical Assistant plays a critical role in delivering The Limitless Way Patient Experience , ensuring Performance Meets Care through centralized clinical support. This role enhances clinical excellence, efficiency, and patient confidence by supporting prescription workflows, patient communication, training initiatives, and clinic staffing needs across all locations. This position exists to elevate consistency, safety, and quality while empowering clinics to deliver exceptional men’s health care.

Requirements

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (preferred)
Experience with prescription workflows and EMR systems (RXNT preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple clinics

Responsibilities

Manage centralized prescription ordering in RXNT with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure correct medication, dosage, pharmacy selection, and documentation
Support controlled substance compliance and medication safety standards
Proactively identify and resolve prescription discrepancies before patient impact
Contact dropship patients to provide clear education on prescriptions, medication dosage changes, and provider recommendations.
Use simple, direct, and reassuring language to build patient confidence
Ensure no patient feels lost, overlooked, or uninformed
Assist with development, coordination, and reinforcement of clinical training
Support onboarding and ongoing education for MSSs, Providers, and PRCs
Promote consistent clinical workflows and best practices system-wide
Assist with MSS and Provider coverage coordination as needed
Provide HQ-based support to minimize clinic disruption and maintain continuity of care
Collaborate closely with nursing leadership, operations, and clinic teams
