Requirements

Prior clinical experience with 1-2+ years in an outpatient setting required
Friendly, polished, professional presence
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Flexibility to support varying clinic schedules and nearby locations based on business needs
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Coachable and eager to grow

Responsibilities

Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression
Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately within the EMR, and support providers during visits
Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted
Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments
Keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR
Show up on time and ready to contribute
Support teammates during busy shifts
Help keep the clinic clean, smooth, and efficient
