About The Position
At True Precision Medical, we specialize in minimally invasive procedures for pain relief, providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We are looking for a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience—from scheduling to post-procedure follow-ups. As a Medical Assistant, you will be the foundation of our patient care process—supporting our providers, prepping for clinic, and ensuring patients feel seen, heard, and supported.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) or relevant clinical experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems (eCW experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Patient-first mindset and a strong sense of accountability
Responsibilities
- Room patients and take vital signs
- Review and update medication lists and medical histories
- Assist providers during patient visits and document encounters in the EMR
- Prep charts prior to clinic days for accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure all patient questions are answered before checkout
- Coordinate with the scheduler on any urgent procedures
- Set up for injections and assist with post-op needs
- Monitor and manage outgoing referrals and imaging orders
- Check voicemails and address follow-up tasks as needed
- Monitor and respond to HighLevel (CRM) texts
- Triage post-op complications and escalate appropriately
