About The Position
Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant for their Family Medicine department in Hoffman Estates, IL. This full-time, day shift position involves administering immunizations, injections, blood draws, and performing laboratory work. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team, maintaining detailed patient records, and assisting providers with procedures.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Training and/or experience to give vaccinations and injections is a must.
Nice To Haves
- Medical Assistant preferred.
