Position Overview We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team! In this unique role, you’ll be cross-trained to support both clinical functions and nail technician services, playing an essential part in delivering a seamless patient experience. You’ll work closely with providers and patients, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. Travel Requirement: This role will travel between the Greeley and Longmont locations as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and practice management systems
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong social awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong planning and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic patient management systems
  • Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in nail technician services
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification preferred
  • Experience with EMR systems required; ModMed experience is a plus
  • Willingness to complete on-the-job training as a Nail Technician (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Gather patient information and document medical histories
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
  • Maintain accurate medical records and insurance documentation
  • Assist with patient intake, chart preparation, and follow-ups
  • Support providers during exams and procedures
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms and instruments
  • Assist with nail care services as trained
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
