We are looking for a PRN Medical Assistant with excellent patient care skills, great communication, and concierge-level customer service to provide care within a Health Center setting. You will be a vital member of the team, supporting providers and ensuring the seamless operation of the clinic, allowing the focus to remain on the patient.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited MA program.
Current BLS Certification required.
Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical setting, OR entry through an approved CareATC Internship or school-sponsored externship program.
Excellent patient care skills, great communication, and strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Greet and room patients, measure and record vital signs, and maintain clean exam rooms.
Obtain blood and urine samples, and perform other clinical duties as assigned.
Execute necessary clerical responsibilities to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Exhibit good clinical judgment within the scope of the role, with or without the provider present.
Follow all clinical and clerical protocols per company policy.
