About The Position

As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping the practice running efficiently while working closely with providers, patients, and families in a fast-paced specialty care setting. Requirements

High School diploma/GED
Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1-year professional experience
National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT

Responsibilities

Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed.
Perform clinically appropriate care coordination tasks, such as general patient guidance, test results, prescription refill support, and related follow-up needs.
Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas.
Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
