About The Position
This position assists with the daily activities of a clinical site and facilitates the flow of patients by providing clerical and clinical health care support to patients and family under the direction of a provider. The position requires mastery of basic clinical activities and some advanced clinical activities. Clinics Currently Hiring: Colchester Family Medicine (883 Blakely Road in Colchester), Gastroenterology (UVMMC Main Campus), Family Medicine (3 Timber Lane, South Burlington). Subject to change.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR certification required within six months of hire.
- MA II - one year experience providing or assisting in direct patient care required.
- MA I - healthcare experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Vocational training in a relevant area preferred.
