About The Position

Join our ENT team as a Medical Assistant and help patients find relief, restore function, and improve their quality of life through specialized, compassionate care. This role offers .9 FTE, 72 hours bi-weekly, Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays!). It is located at the La Crosse and Onalaska Clinic. Requirements

BLS for healthcare workers
Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing program or Vocational Nurse program or have completed education to be eligible for NCLEX-PN Or High School Diploma or equivalency and attained a Medical Assistant Certification
Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients by greeting them with a warm and welcoming smile and setting the tone for their appointments
Update patient information in charting systems
Take vitals
Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during office visits and procedures.
Administer injections and immunization
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care
