The Urology Institute's Medical Assistant will be an integral part of the patient's Banner experience, aiming to provide each person with the best customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting with procedures, and updating patient electronic medical records accurately and timely. Additional support to office/administrative staff may be required, such as answering phones, checking in patients, scheduling appointments, following up with referrals, ordering supplies, and stocking rooms. Uncertified Medical Assistants will be considered and will have 12 months to become nationally certified, with access to study materials and company-paid certification costs. A passing score will result in a pay increase. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), day shift position, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with no weekends.
