About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support providers in a busy clinical setting. This role is responsible for assisting with patient care, front office support, and clinical tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality patient service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Patient-focused and compassionate demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinic

Responsibilities
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Obtain and record patient histories and vital signs
- Prepare patients for examinations
- Administer medications and vaccinations as directed
- Perform basic lab testing and documentation
- Manage patient scheduling and front desk duties
- Answer patient calls and provide customer support
- Maintain exam room cleanliness and supply inventory
- Assist with insurance verification and billing support
- Follow all clinical safety and compliance standards
