A Medical Assistant in Urology at Banner Health is responsible for coordinating patient care and supporting providers in a clinic setting. This role involves managing medication authorizations, administering vaccinations, and performing point-of-care testing. Medical Assistants also prepare patients for exams and treatments by administering injections, drawing blood, and performing EKGs. They prioritize data from multiple sources to support patient care.
