Experienced Medical Assistant - Sat/Sun 8a-8p (24 hours weekly)

Requirements
- Certified MA or non-certified MA accepted.
Nice To Haves
- One year of professional experience preferred, preferably in an express/urgent care setting.
- Lab experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Performs certain lab tests.
- Takes and records patients vital signs, immunization status, and brief history.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Cleans and autoclaves procedural equipment and instruments.
- Observes records and reports to physician patient’s condition and reaction to drugs and treatments, according to the nursing process.
- Oversees appointment scheduling, assures priority is given to patients in emergency situations.
