With openings supporting both MD and NP providers, we take time during orientation to match each new hire with the clinician whose style and needs best complement their strengths. -We mentor thoughtfully and invest in team members who are committed to growing with us and building a long-term career. As part of that commitment, we strongly encourage all Medical Assistants to pursue national certification and offer support in obtaining it. -We serve a community-reflective patient population, offering variety and broad clinical exposure while providing continuity of care and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
