About The Position
Treasure Coast Community Health is a well-established and highly respected Federally Qualified Healthcare Center seeking a Medical Assistant to assist our patient care team in providing excellence in clinical care support for our patients who visit one or more of our seven medical sites. This position will float among our seven locations based on the site staffing need for the day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months minimum related experience or combination of medical assistant work experience and related education
- Hands-on EHR background

Responsibilities
- Updating electronic health records
- Educating patients
- Preparing exam rooms
- Sterilizing instruments
- Checking vital signs
- Giving injections and medication treatments
- Assisting the providers with procedures
